Okay. Trying again.

What's the status of CoolEdit 2000? The above link shows a download to it, but
Syntrillium-cum-Adobe now claims it's dead.

Anybody have any light to shine? I'd like to think CE2K would survive
as a product.

Okay. Trying again.

What's the status of CoolEdit 2000? The above link shows a download to it, but
Syntrillium-cum-Adobe now claims it's dead.

Anybody have any light to shine? I'd like to think CE2K would survive
as a product.

'Fraid not. They offer a $99 upgrade from it to Audition,
which is a pretty good deal, but that's it. Much sturm and
drang on their forum about that.
