Suzuki OM-300 Omnichord
Ty, I've had one for many years; great musical toy, useful for music education; not really a serious instrument, of course, but great fun. Regards, John Frink |

Suzuki OM-300 Omnichord
Saw one of these online somewhere. Anyone have one? One passed through my hands only yesterday. It was suffering from spurious pitch-shifts. The owner was blaming the ribbon - it happened when he tapped it at a certain position. But it turned out to be merely a bad solder joint on the tuning pot. I wish all faults were that easy! I'd never seen one before. Fascinating, and quite musically useful. Apparently a favourite for accompanying sing-alongs on his "one-man-band" gigs. |
