Default Alternative enclosure material (instead of fiberglass)?

Are there any good materials for making custom shaped subwoofer
enclosures, other than fiberglass?

Ideally I'd like to make a mold out of fiberglass, and then use a
different material that is cheaper and easier/faster to cure...

Any ideas?

You could try thinset. They make it premixed, try the kind with lots of
additives to it, maybe it won't crack.
