I have these two older cartridges (they are actually new in the box)
and need some advice on a proper step-up transformer to go with my
modified CJ PV-8 preamp. These are 0.13mV MC from the mid to late
1980's. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated.

Real brilliant of me to omit the type of cartridge in the body of the
message: if you didn't see it in the title these are a Argent MC-300
and an ES1CE. If there is anyone who has any knoledge of these (by
model or brand in general) please post some insight.
