Any idea where I can get one of these? A friend of mine wants to hook
up his old deck (doesn't want to spend money on a new one) but he
doesn't have the original harness... Links would be a great help!!!

Not a common one, other units using smilar harness

....You're saying that those units have the same pin setup?

All connections are not the same but all use the same type housing,
battery, ACC and ground pin locations are the same.

Yeah... I did some research on my own... It's going to cost him at
least $50 US Dollars. I told him that for that amount, he'd be better
off buying a NEW cheap CD player. Thanks for the help anyway!

If in the US I can supply it for a lot less but better to find out if
it works first.
I think those units used a sony CD mechanisum and they failed a lot.
Shorter row one end ground (find with ohmmeter) longer row one in above
ground side is Batt, other end of longer row is ACC.
See if CD plays?
