Default Electro Voice Aristocrat

I recently purchased what looked like a pair of Electro Voice
Aristocrat speakers. One contained a Altec speaker labled IPC model
LU-1081, 20 ohm. The cone is labeled #20409. It is in great shape.
There is no horn or crossover in the cabinet. The other speaker had a
SP12 speaker and a T35 horn. Any information would be appreciated. Not
sure which is the original, or if both are from different sets.
Thank you

The T35 is a genuine Electrovoice unit ( I still have a pair as it happens
) as is the SP12 IIRC.

Sounds like someone 'blew' one cabinet and 'repaired' it without using the
proper EV parts.

That's International Projector Corporation. They rebadged Altec stuff
(as did Simplex).

You got photos? Do the measurements match the Aristocrats?

If they were in a theatre install, it would not be surprising if someone
swapped a blown driver out with whatever they happened to have nearby.
