Yeah looks like 441, grille looks shorter because of the angle.

Sennheiser 441. Arguably the best dynamic microphone ever made.
Way too close to the bell, though... pull it back or the horn will be
shrill and blatty. The pattern on the 441 is very tight and very well
controlled, so you _can_ pull it back without leakage issues.

Sennheiser MD441, probably MD441U rather than MD441n.
