It comes with a custom cable that has a USB connection to the speaker and a 3.5mm jack that you connect to your source. I’ve been using it with an Ipod and I works well.

I would like to be able to connect a mircorphone but am having some problems.
This is the microphone I’m using.

I’ve connected it to a a guitar amp I have so I know it works.

As I have to 3.5mm jack, I attempted to use one of these

to connect them.

But unfortunately its not working.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
