The correct term for the law in this type of potentiometer is "anti log" -
which may help you locate it.

** Oh really - Mr Top Posting Pig ???

So " reverse audio " (aka RA) pots do not exist ??

Only " reverse log " ( aka RD) pots do.

News to those who actually deal with the things.

thank you jim... i will try looking for anti log.. i went to a few sites..
some have what they list as Reverse Audio taper. but not the value i am
looking for.. those early Music Mans have a weird value on that treble
potentiometer.... mine was making a bad popping noise so i pulled the pot
and open it it up.. the carbon area that the wiper rides on was lifted and
floating inside the pot.... this is the hardest part that i have ever tried
to locate.. i have tried Mouser.com and every vintage place .. maybe the
next guitar show that comes to town will have something.
Thanks
Kirk

Given a choice, I'd rather be a top poster than a complete horse's ass . .
.

** Damn shame you have no choice then.
