Default Radio Station on my amp

I was playing my new Marshall 1974x and when I cranked the
volume I started to hear a spanish language radio station. I
just changed the tubes and I was wondering if this is caused by
a bad tube. Any ideas?

I hope I can fix this or I'll have one very expensive "toob"
radio... ;-)

Thanks, -Barry
