They may be modifying the signal as it passes, but if so they are doing so in complete disregard for what the signal was at any earlier stage in the pathway, and without any knowledge of what the subsequent stages are doing to it. How do these people look themselves in the mirror every morning? I guess you're not as likely to be caught and prosecuted as if you used a gun and a mask to rob a convienence store. |
