Digidesign Releases Pro Tools for Leopard

Pro Tools 7.4.2 software provides Mac OS X 10.5.3 compatibility



Digidesign is pleased to announce the availability of Pro
Tools® 7.4.2 software, which provides Mac OS X 10.5.3*
(Leopard) compatibility to Pro Tools HD®, Pro Tools
LE®, and Pro Tools M-Powered™ customers.

• All registered Pro Tools 7.4 customers can download the free Pro
Tools 7.4.2
software update from the Digidesign website.

• Customers who purchase a new Pro Tools system or
software will receive a free update to Pro Tools 7.4.2 software upon
product registration.

• Customers who’ve recently purchased but haven’t yet registered a Pro
Tools system
packaged with Pro Tools 7.4 or 7.3 software are eligible to receive a
free update/upgrade
to Pro Tools 7.4.2 software upon registration.

• Customers who haven’t yet upgraded to Pro Tools 7.4 software can
purchase an upgrade
to the latest version from from Pro-Tape Systems.

* Please note that Pro Tools 7.4.2 is compatible with Mac OS X 10.5.3,
and not earlier versions of Leopard.

Important Plug-in Compatibility Information:
Please be aware that some currently shipping plug-ins and virtual
instruments are not yet
compatible with Pro Tools 7.4.2 software running on Mac OS X 10.5.3,
and some plug-ins
require an update if one is available. Before updating to Pro Tools
7.4.2, prospective updaters
should review the Pro Tools Plug-in Compatibility with Leopard page,
which is updated
regularly with the latest information, on the Digidesign website at
http://www.digidesign.com .
