Default amp selection confusion

To power a set of REI Viper 6.75" components (125W RMS) and an IDQ10 sub
(250W RMS), which amp would be better:
Phoenix Gold Octane-R 5.0:4 (50W x 4, 150W x 2 bridged)
Sony XM-460GTX (60W x 4, 150W x 2 bridged)
MTX Thunder 404 (50W x 4, 200W x 2 bridged)

Or another? I'm trying to avoid spending more than $150 or so on ebay for
the amp but I'd like to get a reliable one if possible.

Thanks (again),
Don

I'd do the MTX only because I like the cosmetics better than the Octane, but
their both very capable amps.

Just to confirm, I would then want the dual 2-ohm version of the IDQ10
sub, correct?
Thanks so much for your help, Paul.

And I also want to confirm that I would be getting the 200W power going to
the sub in bridged mode. I was told in the sounddomain forums that I
would only be getting 100W to the sub which would be insufficient.

Yes, you want the dual 2 ohm sub (wired in series for a 4 ohm load) and you
will get 200 watts. Maybe the guys on SD thought you had the 5-channel amp
or something.
