It only goes down to 36Hz - I have several normal recordings that
manage lower than that.

Oh, and rapidshare is a royal pain in the arse; please find something
better.

I think the word "ultimate" is unsuitable for something encoded as MP3.
(Unless it's followed by something like cr*p.) And the choice of noise
instead of music also diminishes the purpose.
