Default M-Audio Firewire 410.

I'm thinking of purchasing an M-Audio Firewire 410 and using it with
ProTools M-Powered as an upgrade from my MBox. I'm a VO doing a lot of
medical and corporate narration, and editing is where I lose a lot of
time. Can anyone tell me what the benefits will be from upgrading? I
know the speed will increase, and I'm hoping that will help with the
editing process. Any other benefits?

Thanks, and please be kind. I've been lurking but haven't posted, you
all are a bit intimidating!

I agree with Mike and Alex. It won't be an upgrade. Consider better mics,
preamps, etc. to upgrade the sound, or a high end converter (Apogee, etc.)
or even lessons on quicker editing.

Or a faster CPU / more RAM in the computer...
