Whether the PVDF(polyvinylidineflouride)foil really generates an
electric power by pressure.. Could u tell me in a detailed way..

Why the question? Never heard of a piezoelectric device?

Motorola used to make a lot of money selling those kinds of tweeters in
the hood. :-)
