Default Where is Scottie when we need him? (not really an audio post)

His Papacy lurched into our homeland yesterday, and Dumbya turned
Washington upside down. The Prez toodled out to the airport to meet the
old goat in person! How outrageous is this? Doesn't the President of the
United States have any real work to do? Presidents don't rush out to
meet any foreign leaders at the airport. Since when does a religious
leader outrank a head of government or a head of state?

I'm quite sure that Scottie, being a strict constructionist, would have
decried Dumbya's abuse of executive discretion. Even though Scottie
believes Bushie can do no wrong, the implicit insult to every other
religious leader, political leader, and even kings and queens who visit
here is inexcusable.

**Dubya's toadying was noted over here too. Dubya's support of a man who
supports strange and rather disgusting sexual practices is duly noted.

**It seems that separation of church and state is rather blurred right now
in the US.

Got to love you ignorant dudes:

The Pope is the head of state of Vatican City, officially State of the
Vatican City (Italian: Stato della Città del Vaticano), is a
landlocked sovereign city-state whose territory consists of a walled
enclave within the city of Rome. At approximately 44 hectares (110
acres), and with a population of around 800, it is the smallest
independent state in the world by both population and area.[1][2][3]

Goodness gracious me.

Someone who has previously ranted about "gun nuts and their
bloodlust", one of Trevor Tosspot's TPG "lunatics" AND Trevor Tosspot
himself are having a debate about the separation of church and state
in the hallowed halls of RAO.

Quick, someone call Constable Bob of the RAO Special Branch.

I don't see the point of "making an intelligent post" when I'm talking
to the likes of you. You've already implied that you don't believe
Bushie is a bible-thumping zealot.

LOL I point out some ignoramus doesn't relize the Pope is indeed a
"head of state" and that implies something about president Bush?

You have an imagination as vivid as that proven liar trevorboy.

That alone disqualifies you from
talking "intelligently" on the subject of separation.

Let's see - That pretty well qualifies you to be a cowardly bigot. Are
you trevorboys cousin? "Kissing" cousin perhaps?

Can you imagine bushie stopping the presses for the The Honorable
Fiorenzo Stolfi, Secretary for Foreign and Political Affairs and for
Economic Planning of the Republic of San Marino? That's a far more
powerful nation than Vatican City.

bushie didn't even meet him at the airport.

LOL And again trevorboy can't see anything past his nose.

First: No evidence has been presented that both parties involved are
of the same sex.

Second: No evidence that I am a homophobe. Compared to your bigoted
comments........LOL You don't even want to go there.

Third: No evidence presented that I am a believer in the
"supernatural".

Got any more lies you want to toss in? Perhaps you can tell a whopper
about a fellow who can stop his heart.

Well, I confess I have a lot more going on than you do......

Don't worry, there are plenty of Scotts out there. Spotted on
http://alicublog.blogspot.com/

...Rachel Lucas. In a recent tirade, "The Core of What Liberals Just
Don't Get," she states:

If most of us do not, in fact, feel good about our country (which
is a whole other question again), the source of that lack of good
feeling stems almost completely from the results of liberal/
progressive thinking and behavior. In other words, it’s people like
Obama who make us feel bad about our country.

[Edroso] Okay. I guess we know how she feels... or do we?

This might be another great time to point out that I’m not even a
conservative, and I still feel this way.

[E] Following that last link, we hear about the things that exempt her
from conservatism. Anyone want to guess... oh, I see you got it right
away: pro-choice, pro-legalization of weed, not too religious.

Plenty of 'em.

That example is hard to follow, except that the first speaker seems as
idiotic as Scottie could ever hope to be.

Plenty of 'em.

No doubt. But how many visit RAO to show off their lack of smarts?
