Purchased new in 9-02. Its a two-channel 24-bit preamp/ADC/DAC. It
has an analog in (RCA, 1/4", or XLR w/48V phantom power and preamp),
digital in through coax and optical. monitor out through RCA and
headphone jack, DAC which will lock to any word clock, coax and
optical outs. Also a 1/4" headphone jack with decent headphone amp.

For $200 this is really a steal. It has served as my preamp, 24-bit
A/D, and 24-bit D/A so everyone that wants to listen to 24-bit
files, you need a 24-bit D/A to hear the extra 8 bits.

Comes with original manual, original box, and wall wart I purchased from
