Innovatek DVD-393X-TV Review?

I'm looking for a head-unit capable of playing MP3-filled DVD's and I'd
LOVE it if I could plug in a USB memory stick.. The following was a
result on google, does anyone have any information on this brand or
model? Anyone own one of these and could tell me the good, bad and
ugly?
