MP3 player to stereo's AUX causing noise
My car stereo has an AUX input on the front of it that I used to hook my
MP3 player to. Now, when I play the MP3 player straight from the battery, I have no problems. However, when I plug the player into the power adapter from the cigarette lighter, I get a hissy noise. I tested a ground loop isolator between the player and the AUX input, and it took care of the problem. I use the isolator on my PC though. Before I run out and spend $15 on another isolator, is there a cheaper or easier alternative to getting rid of this noise? |
