Default alpine amp configuration with 2 10's at 4 ohms?

Hey guys, I'm In need of your expertise again.
I have an MRV-F400 4/3/2 Channel Power Amplifier
I want to know if it can be bridged down to 1 channel to run a pair of jl w3
d4's in a enclosed box - if so what would it's power output be?
The jl's want 200 and up watts at 4 ohms each. according to jl's chart.
If this amp can't do this is there a way use it in two channel mode but send
it all to the bridged speakers? if so how much power would they get then?
eventually soon I will get anothe amp but If i can make this work I can pick
up the 2 10's in a box on clearance at myer tommorrow and the ported 12 I am
driving now is Driving me crazy.
Thanx for any and all help
here are the amp specs
