Default FA: 6CA7 EL34 Flat Top, Metal Base, CBS, NOS Very Rare

WOW! Here is a Pair of 6CA7/EL34 NOS Tubes. Your Marshall will LOVE
these! Also Great for that Stereo Amp of yours. They are a metal
based, match
pair, and say CBS on the side of the tube.

Metal based: This is the original EL34. This is the rarest and most
highly
sought after Mullard EL34. The brown micanol base has a nickel
plated
metal sheath around it. The entire base is not actually metal. The
plates
are welded with two horizontal slits in the center of the plate.
There is a
large mica spacer at the very top which hides the getter rings.
There are 2
screen grid cooling fins with overall very heavy duty
construction
throughout. These spectacular tubes are in ORIGINAL General Electric
boxes!
You will not see these to often! They are made in USA, and are
stamped SY1
57D. Now your Amp can have that special sound you always wanted!

WOW! For spamming to an Ebay-auction that offers a pair of EL34 that,
according to the price asked, come with their boxes filled-up with diamonds.

WOW! For not taking a look at the Philips manufactoringcodes.
SY = EL34 1 = manufactored in Eindhoven, that is PHILIPS HQ in the
Netherlands
57D = april 1957.
Still a pair of good valves.

And b.t.w. Back in 1925, Philips (the Netherlands) aquired a
majority-share in Mullard UK
Therefore Philips is not Mullard, Mullard is Philips !

I don't care that he is telling this NG about these tubes. But, he is
smoking crack if he thinks he is going to get close to his opening bid. If
he loves these tubes this much, he needs to keep them and worship them.
Mullard XF1 tubes NOS bring about $250.00 each. $649.98 for a pair of these
tubes is just insane. His "buy it now" price of $1200.00 is just pure drug
induced insanity. Maybe in the year 2525 he can expect these prices, but
not now.
