Time stretching software

Can anyone recommend a simple utility for Mac OS X (preferably
shareware) that can speed up and slow down audio files? I don't need
to change the speed independently of the pitch or anything fancy like
that. I just need to specify an output length and have it change the
speed accordingly. Thanks.
