One is reminded of sixty-plus year pipe smoker Arthur Miller. Miller's
death was blamed on smoking as the prime contributor to his heart disease
and cancer.

Cancer and heart disease did the old bolshevist in finally in February
2005. He was 89 years old and living with a thirty-four year old woman.

If he had never put a match to a bowl of his favorite smoking medium, he
might have made ninety. No guarantee, though.
