Changing Speakers [Ford Mondeo]

Hi all

Can anybody explain me in simple english how to change the speakers in
a Ford Mondeo Break year 1992, please?
I removed a few screws I found in the door but no way, I cannot remove
the trim from the door...

Thanks in advance, I did not have any precise answer in a french
forum.
