Software for wma and mp3
I used to create wav files with the Windows Sound Recorder, then
convert them to wma or mp3 file with two pieces of software downloaded free from the Internet. I don't remember the names of those software. If anyone knows, please tell me. I record my own voice for linguistic discussion. I could have created wma or mp3 files directly with upgrading the software. But I strictly followed the way my friend taught me, which is creating wav files first and then converting. Thanks. |

Each file consists of only a few words, and lasts less than 15 seconds, I believe. But I must create many such small files. Thanks for the informaton. geoff |

For example, I was unable to get it to transcode high-rate stereo MP3s to low-rate mono MP3. |
