Default Theile-Small Woofer alignment program

I have applied my rudimentary programming to writing version 3 of my
Woof.exe program. It demonstrates Theile-Small parameters in an
interactive, animated fashion.

It's still a work in progress. Note the command button I haven't
decided what to do with.

I hope that it's sufficiently intuitive that a help system isn't much
needed. Just set Fb to zero for a sealed system.

Please check it out and let me know what you think.

If the attached EXE file doesn't work (you need the Visual Basic
support files) download these files into a temporary folder and run
setup:

http:/home.flash.net/~brownt/woof30/setup.exe

http:/home.flash.net/~brownt/woof30/SETUP.LST

http:/home.flash.net/~brownt/woof30/woof30.CAB

Version 2 was DOS based, version 1 was Fortran.

I had some idle time with the hurricane.
