Has anybody owned one (or more) of these gems? When Jensen got bought
out (or something like that) by Audiovox, everyone who had anything
Jensen sold it at prices that were very low (I got both of these for
$50.00 US) I assume because they weren't sure about Jensen's future...
These beauties are 175 watt rms (they're 525 watt peak), dual 4 ohm
voicecoil, titanium plated, and their Fs is rated at 31.38 Hz. All I
have to say about just one of them is this:

Wow.

I gave one of these to my step-brother a while back and he just
recently plugged it into a pre-fab box (mdf and fiberglass) and wired
it up with (I think) an MTX amp to 8 ohms. That speaker thumps like no
other 10" I've ever heard. I was unsure about how this speaker would
perform once I got a new car and put the remaining one into a nicely
tuned ported enclosure (which reminds me, can/should I tune a box
[given the specs above] to 30 hz? Would that sound good? [can you tell
I'm still kind of new at this?]), but now I can't WAIT!!!

Just curious if anyone else has had such a good experience...
