Traders little helper will do batch converting effortlessly. It also serves
as a frontend for flac, shn and more I think. Great programme. Instal that
and foobar and you've got most of it covered.

Set the program to decompress, drag your ape files into it and click
decompress.

I've heard that Peak Pro 6 adds a lot of different conversions in the
latest update. Check their website. Might be worth upgrading from v 5
if you have it.
