For those who might be interested, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the
Second Circuit on December 23 affirmed the decision of the U.S.
District Court for the Eastern District of New York in the case New
Sensor Corporation v. CE Distribution, a trademark dispute involving
Svetlana tubes. The court affirmed the lower court's Feb. 3, 2004,
grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendant, CE Distribution.

Unfortunately, the link to the decision on the Court of Appeals' web
site appears to be broken at the moment. But presumably, it will show
