At Last -- Witlessmongrel's back story
Have you ever wondered where all the extra pooches come from? I sure have. Especially when I read certain Usenet groups. Undisciplined, messy dogs have been aggravating the ills of humans' urban lives for centuries. Noisy, dirty, and occasionally dangerous, canis domesticus can turn into vermin if not properly cared for.
