Many thanks for all the interesting data You are providing: these Russian
designs add something "fresh" to customary Western-style electronics.
If You could, adding a translation/equivalence table between former CCCP
valve tags and Western types will be a great help too. I studied some
Russian and worked there, and I noticed that some attempts used on some
sites to "translate" Cyrillic letters are confusing; ie. the Russian sound
"je" like "gara-ge", used to denote all signal pentodes like "our" 6J7 is
sometimes "translated" as J, sometimes as SJ, and sometimes as X 'cause it
looks a bit like the Cyr. letter, but this is confusing with "real"
X-like-Xray types, which are rectifiers.
