Default magnetic planars vs. electrostatic planars

any consistent differences between the two?

maybe something like electostatics have faster transients, magnetics
can take more power, one of them can go lower in the bass before
crossing over to the cone, electrostatics are more vulnerable to
dust...

i have no idea here, just trying to garner some wisdom from people who
have been around the block on these types of speakers.
