Default Need some buying advice please (Studer, Teac, TASCAM etc ......)

I recently came across some completely "mint" and "low use" gear,
judging based on close visual inspection and talking with the sellers.
This was a local find.

Here's the gear:

STUDER A-67 (2 track)
TEAC 80-8
TASCAM MM-20 mixer
TASCAM EX-20 (2 units)
Noise reduction units (forgot their names sorry)
Manuals
Custom built cabinets with XLR's etc
Custom built Studer trolley

Again, all of these were taken care of unbelievably well and stood
covered when not in use. Extremely clean.

The sellers are parents of a studio engineer who left all this gear
when he left home and opened his own "digital" studio.

All of this gear was bought new and he is the original owner.

His "firm" price for ALL of the above is 600 CND (or $475 USD).

For a basic home studio, what think you of the price ? Personally, I
feel for what I am getting in such said condition, the price must be
quite a bargain. Don't you think ? Please comment.

Thanks!
