Default Will the silence be heard?

In response to the issue of hijacking the thread, I have given those
interested to pursuing another topic the opportunity.
Not an Arny fan, but could we please keep Arny Bashing to a
minimum. It's a high milage subject.

No one wants to discuss anything of substance here, so what's the
problem? I'm all for serious discussion but those posts get ignored.

I don't recall who's on what side in this blue. However there is an
extensive and detailed article in the Nov05 issue of Sound & Video
Contractor on the testing done at Harman/JBL labs. The opening of the
article discusses in depth listener training and the use of A/B/X testing as
the core of their design process.

For what its worth

I posted several threads recently calling for serious discussion. You
can start there if that's what youre looking for. They include "Tip for
Open Minded Audiophiles" and "Amazing Tweak ".

Vive la difference!
