Hi to all
I'm hoping someone can help with identifying a siemens date code
tube is e81cc triple mica

code is 3 rows of 2 digits

first row C, the 0 with a slash / right thru the middle

second row 6 , then: (this is the wierd one) its like an A turned side
on to the left and with the horizontal line extending slightly thru the
triangle on both sides, something like this turned 90 degree left:
