Default Audio software for de-clipping overdriven sound / clipping restauration?

I have some overdriven ("clipped") speech audio data which I want to
clean a little.
Is there a simple and maybe free/open-source software for doing this?

( Couldn't locate a "Declipper 2.0/2.5" demo which is mentionioned in
some discussions. Is this not anymore supported/offered?
A "MAGIX cleaning lab" wants to download and install 75MB which is no
applicable for me )
