Default Hard Disk recording of CD's

I need equipment advice. I have a SONY CD jukebox. For my vacation
home I wish to copy the CD's to a hard disk, attach the results to my
stereo and play. I would like a remote control to make selections.
If need be, I can take the CD's out of the jukebox and copy them to my
computer's hard disk. In any case, I need advice on the best
shortware and hardware to do this.

Thank you.
