Default German speaker leads abbrev.

Hi RAT's,

I've been looking over the Korting SE ECL86 AM/FM/SW console amp I
picked up. There are speaker leads marked "perm. dyn. 4,5ohm" and
"stat. ~1000pF".

Nice that the OT's can handle near 4ohms, but I'm wondering if the
"stat" refers to a high-voltage electrostatic hookup? The speakers
from this console just happened to include four (2 per side) of
those Isophon electrostatic tweeters, except they were wired in
parallel with the full- and mid-range drivers (part of what was
hooked up to the 4,5ohm leads).

Worth a try?
