[Scott Dorsey]

I was very saddened to see the announcement in the last JAES about Marshall
Leach's death. He was the kind of person that you could call up in the middle
of the night and ask about some decades-old paper and he would know exactly
what you meant and what it was. I learned more just from wandering into his
office and asking silly questions than I ever did from any other activity
anywhere.
