Don't what Dan's price range is, but I have a 2 channel A/D converter from
Mytek Digital that has given me a good deal of satisfaction. Prices are on
the Mytek web site.

Not really Dan, as I don't have access to the Lavry box to compare the two.

It depends, in part, in how many channels of A/D (or D/A) you want. If
you only want 2 channels of A/D, there are many options. If you want 4
channels, your options narrow. Keep in mind that the Lavry Blue Series is
modular. You can add 2 channels of A/D or D/A at any time. The rack unit
hold up to 8 channels.
