Infinity Reference 12"
I am looking to get a replacement for my Pioneer TS-W304C sub that got
damaged(ski boot hit it awhile ago - cracked cone - have it glued and it sounds good but its time to replace it). I saw an Infinity Reference 12" (part #1230w) at Circuit City for $81 today, and it sounded decent in the store. Now I know I know I'm supposed to listen to both, but CC doesn't have my Pioneer. Would the Infinity be a step up from my Pioneer or am I better off getting the same sub I had before? Overall I have been pretty happy with the Pioneer. I'm powering it with a Pyle Millenia 2ch bridged 400x1 RMS(but thats overrated). What do you guys think? thanks Jamie |

Infinity Reference 12"
I love my Infinity Reference 10"s as well, my friend has a Reference 12"
in which he had 2, but one blew because of the amp. But one is plenty. "-E-F-F-E-N-D-I-" wrote in message ... i have two infinity reference 10s. they are some of the best subs i have heard for the price i paid. pioneers vccs and premier models are some competition to the references, the kappas i think though beat out a lot of pioneer subs at a pricing standpoint. make sure you power them decent and you be happy.
