There's a copy of a schematic nice old fashioned KT66 push-pull fixed bias 50W amp on this page -

one was for the G1 bias supply (supplying -volts to a phase splitting
transformer - ewww). the other 2 are for full-wave but with plates tied
together, one tube for each phase. Yeah, 3 glowy bottles just for
rectification. PA system maybe?
