I brother gave me his ADCOM GFA 545II power amp its about 15 years old but
in fine working condition. I was wonder if I should give Ebay a shot for
PreAmp/Tuner or maybe buy a new that..I would like to spend between $150 and
$200 and the it must have a good phono section.

Look around for used NAD - it's traditionally been decent stuff.
