Default DBM Pro Sound +1, Guitar Center -1

This is the second time that GC sold me a product with a missing or broken
external power supply.

The first one was a Flying Cow, and the second one was a Behringer MXB 1002.
I fixed the Cow at my own cost because I needed a converter that worked now.

I don't buy that much from these people. Think that buying from Musician's
Friend will save you that hassle? MF have shorted major items on shipments.
At least I caught that quit and could wait for the replacement.

I fixed the little Behr mixer on my own nickel because I took it in trade
from my church when I used my own mixer to repair the Carillon. This all
happened 3-4 months ago, the paperwork was turned into the Church for
reimbursement, and the person who actually did the transaction with GC and
the church is out of town for a week. Fool that I am I never checked the box
until last week. Bang, it was empty where the PS was supposed to be.

The heroes in this story are DBM sound, who are the people that come up
early on Google when you search for Behringer parts. Not only did they get
the replacement PS to me in like three working days, but they charged me far
less than the price quoted on their web site, and that included shipping.
