Bias setting on a rectifier?

Is it the specs you want?

Vh: 2.5v
Ih: 5.0A

Heater voltage must be applied ca. 40 seconds before application of
plate voltage. Plate circuit return should be made to center-tap of
heater transformer.

Plate voltage (max PIV): 5 kV
Plate current (peak): 1A
Plate current (avg): 0.25A
Plate current (fault 0.1sec): 5A

"bias"

Actually, this time it was easier to look it up in the old-fashioned
hard-copy (RCA TT-5).
