yes you can, and depending how demaning you are and what you want to
spend. You can do the inline converter by splicing into the speaker
wires to run a RCA Signal to, or if you want the best from the factory
head unit, i would suggest a JL Cleansweep. There are pricy but allow
for all aftermarket hookups including MP3 players without having to put
in aftermarket radio, and produce a flat signal for RCA outputs to run
subs.
