Anyone have any thoughts on direct boxes to share?
thanks |

For fairly inexpensive boxes (that is, less than the cost of an Evil Twin,
an Avalon, or a Millennia TD-1), I really like the Radial Engineering J48. For a bit more, the Little Labs DI is lovely. For outright cheap, a Stewart or something like it will likely get the job done. -- Dave Martin Java Jive Studio Nashville, TN www.javajivestudio.com "Scott" wrote in message om... Yes, when I require a DI, the Countrymans get used. Scott Fraser |

(Please do not confuse this item with the Behringer clone which has a transformer about the size of a couple of pencil erasers and costs about 1/6th of the BSS). -- David Morgan (MAMS) http://www.m-a-m-s DOT com Morgan Audio Media Service Dallas, Texas (214) 662-9901 _______________________________________ http://www.artisan-recordingstudio.com |

Dave,
Thank you very much - I'll check them all! Scott "Dave Martin" wrote in message ink.net... Yeah, I am - two of 'em for active DI's. I also use the cheap Rolls DB25 for passive. Mostly, I use either the DI's on my GR's or VMP-2. --Wayne -"sounded good to me"- |

What are people's thoughts about using something like the Line6 PodXT Pro as a
DI box? -lee- |
