Default new Echo Indigo drivers available

They have been out a few months, but here's a 'heads up' for people like
myself who have missed the release of the latest drivers for Echo Audio
Indigo and other products from that company. The latest driver fixes a
polarity/ absolute phase issue among other things, and seems to address
spontaneous crashes and reboots too. Download available at:
http://www.echoaudio.com/Downloads/Drivers.php and the associated readme
file outlines the improvements.
