Impressive Recordings
Always intrigued by this, the tapping of a cymbal!! So life-like, it's amazing!!
http://www.angelfire.com/empire/abps.../clapsongx.mp3 Believe this is a Congress Records recording. Congress must have had some real audio engineers on-board! Oh, I did tell you, about a recent Jethro Tull CD album, and a person from Morgan Studio(s) (where Tull was recorded) told the story how you became a recording engineer. Your first job with by coffee boy runner. Next, you'd copy others where to place microphones, etc.. So, there was never any requirement that you pass any tests or had the required prerequisites! Why I feel some recordings, even "hits", sound bad. Jack |
